M25 clockwise & anti-clockwise - Exit at junction 26.
(from the clockwise direction you will need to take the 3rd exit on the 1st roundabout you come to and then follow the rest of these directions)
Take the A121 towards Sewardstone and at the 1st roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A112 Sewardstone Road into Waltham Abbey, continue over the bridge which crosses over the M25 and then take the first turning on the left (Cartersfield Road) after the cemetery. There is a Nissan Garage on the corner of Cartersfield Road. Follow the road into Brooker Road and Townmead Playing Field is directly ahead.

From Central London , follow the A10 ( Great Cambridge Road ) northbound. At Enfield , turn right onto A110 ( Southbury Road ). Follow through Nagshead Road , Lea Valley Road passing King George's Reservoir on left. Turn left taking the A112 ( Sewardstone Road ). Cross over the M25 and turn left into Cartersfield Road (just after Waltham Abbey Cemetery . Follow the road into Brooker Road and Townmead Playing Field is directly ahead.
